I have heard about a trail from MVC that is apparently closed off but is actually passable. I want to go to yorakudai area via the hyakunenbridge path. Is this trail still accessible?

Sorry about the English. MVC= minoh visitor center. I want to take a trail from which people are warned off, that is seemingly closed to protect less capable hikers. A very difficult trail is not the same as one that literally is blocked by fallen trees, landslides, etc. This trail starts relatively near MVC and appears "erased" on some of the trail maps. It travels along a bridge called hyakunene bashi and ends up near Ikeda City and the Satsukiyama Highway.
I should stop in at the MVC on my next visit and see what they can explain to me. Thanks for your response.
