Turn left in front of the torii and go across the abandoned rice fields.

At the other end of the field make your way to the up and to the left to find this fence. Make sure to close it after you!

From here the trails are noticeable and seem to be used by mountain bike riders. I didn't see any on the weekday I hiked up, but it could be busy on the weekend. I don't know but be careful.

Eventually you'll make it through a bunch of abandoned houses.

Walk up the street past this prefectural park and turn right.

Down that street you'll eventually see this road popping off to the right. Head down that.

You'll have no signage. This is totally on your own. It's pretty easy to find your way however. Follow the stream into the mountains.

I fucked up and headed up this inoshishi trail. Don't do this. Stick with the stream.

Eventually you'll make it to the ridge line. Stay along the line. Follow under the powerlines to keep your bearings.

Eventually you'll pop out at this road on the Osaka/Hyogo border.

Head back into Hyogo to the bus stop to get home.
