自宅→甲陽園駅→タクシー鷲林寺交差点　＜ハイキング＞　神鉄花山駅→新開地駅→自宅
Due to a late start and not wanting to wait for a bus I took a taxi up the hill to get started faster.
遅く出発ために登山口までにタクシーを使った。

Watch out for snakes on underused trails.
あまり使わない道に蛇に注意。

After the ponds this is where I typically head back down but I went this way to get up to Mt. Rokko.

The tourist top of Mt Rook was closed and deserted.

New trail for me here. This is Diamond Point on the inland side of the Mt Rokko ridge line. It looks down on the Arimakaido and Shintetsu Railway line. Time to get off the mountain.

Cool trail conditions with some up and downs plus a bit of climbing. Good views here and there. Sadly the highway below fills the valley with traffic noise. Lots of spiderwebs crossing the trail when I went down this one. It doesn't look like this trail gets used that often.

And after crossing a small stream and going behind a high school the trail pops out to the road here.

Lovely route and I want to try the other ways down to the Shintetsu line from Rokko again soon.
